GEOM is built in Belgium by a small team. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Write to email us and someone who knows the code answers. Put "coordinate" in the subject line if that is what it is about. Those go to the front of the queue, because a wrong coordinate is the one bug that costs money on site.

Reporting a problem
What to include The app version (Settings → About), your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you expected against what happened. For anything positional, include the project's CRS, the source you were on (receiver, phone GPS or demo), and the point name. With those four things a coordinate report is usually reproducible on the first try. Screenshots help more than descriptions. If a diagnostic code was shown, send it verbatim.
The receiver won't connect
Check the pairing first, then the app If the Reach RX2 does not appear, confirm it is powered on and paired in iOS Settings, then reopen GEOM. A link established while the app was in the background sometimes needs the app brought forward again. Bluetooth permission has to be granted, or iOS withholds the device without saying so. If you have no receiver to hand, GEOM still runs: set the source to Phone GPS to work at the accuracy the iPhone itself can manage, or to Demo to look around the app on simulated positions.
No RTK fix / corrections not arriving
Open the Corrections Center It shows the actual state of the correction stream: whether the caster connected, whether RTCM frames are arriving, and what solution the receiver is reporting. A mountpoint you are not entitled to, a lapsed account with your correction provider, or no mobile data all show up there. GEOM never promotes a float solution to "fixed" on your behalf.
Sync and account
Local first, cloud on purpose Projects start on your device and stay there until you upload them. If a sync fails, the project row says so and keeps retrying, and your local data is never discarded to settle a conflict. "Session expired" means what it says: sign in again. Cloud access needs an active subscription or an invite, and the phone will not tell you which one is missing. It just shows "Sync paused". Sign in at cloud.geom.be, which does say, or ask us.
Deleting your account
You do not need us for this In the app: Projects → Account → Delete account…, confirmed with your password. This permanently erases your cloud account, every synced record and file, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone. The survey data already on your iPhone is left untouched and stays exportable as CSV or DXF. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for your GDPR rights.
What GEOM covers
Read this before buying The scope section on the home page states plainly which receiver, formats and coordinate systems GEOM supports today. Worth five minutes before a job depends on it. GEOM is a tool in the hands of a surveyor; it certifies nothing on its own.
